Cancellation Before Consultation
Appointments may be rescheduled with reasonable notice. Kindly inform us in advance so we can arrange an alternative time slot at mutual convenience.
Consultation Fees
Once a consultation session has been completed, consultation fees become non-refundable.
Digital Reports
Digital reports become non-refundable after delivery, as the work is personalized and prepared specifically for the client.
Technical Issues
In case of technical interruptions, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule or complete the consultation so that the value of the session is preserved.
